Having built up a good reputation in the industry, the business is in a growth phase with completed building projects including the Jabulani Fresh Produce Market in Soweto, the Vukayibambe and Langaville Primary schools. In addition to having won several tenders to build schools in Gauteng, Siyavuna was also tasked with refurbishing the South African Police Services facility at Johannesburg’s Park Station. The company is 100 percent owned by its founding member, Thembekile Cynthia Mnisi.

 

Having started our business in contract cleaning (industrial, commercial and domestic) mainly involving cleaning of corporate and government buildings, the company however grew into construction business. As a business in the construction industry, the company has committed itself to providing safe, affordable and first class construction to civic and business communities. The driving force to our vision is to offer professional and personalized service to our valued clients in general construction.

 

Although our name remains the same, we’ve changed. Despite a long and distinguished history we’ve grown our portfolio and broadened our spectrum. We have a streamlined business structure, a fresh approach to everything we do, a new commitment to our customers and new benefits to offer.
